This additive is a pinkish liquid. By using this additive, the Al profiles, either as conventional ones or as that having been subject to mechanical polishing or satinization treatment, may acquire an appearance very alike to real stainless steel. |

3. Bath Maintenance: |
(1) Analyze the contents of NiSO4 and make compensation in time. The fluctuation of the NiSO4 content has to be kept in a least limit, so as to acquire a product with uniform color. Upon addition of 1kg NiSO4, 1.0-2.0kg of SN-5 additive has to be added.
(2) Measure the pH value of the bath every day. When pH value is lower than standard, make the adjustment by addition of dilute ammonia. While pH value is higher than the standard, adjustment is accomplished by addition of dilute acetic acid.
(3) Bath has to be prevented from contamination caused by foreign impurity ions, as possible as you can.
(4) During stop work, the coloring tank has to be covered. |
